What does help mean?
Kids Help Phone’s new film reimagines the Beatles song "Help,” revealing what help truly means for youth across Canada. Help can take many shapes, depending on each young person’s experience. It’s a powerful reminder that youth thrive when they can express their feelings and access the support they deserve.
#FeelOutLoud is KHP’s largest movement for youth mental health in Canada's history. It’s a call-to-action on behalf of the 8.2 million young people in this country who need space to express and explore all their feelings in a non-judgmental way.
If we're not there for every young person in need, who will be?
To offer more youth help in all sizes, you can join the Feel Out Loud movement at KidsHelpPhone.ca.
Because #HelpMeansEverything
Young people can truly thrive when they’re able to express how they’re feeling and get the support they deserve. #HelpMeansEverything
So we're redefining HELP by changing our name thousands of times, informed by over 50 million datapoints from conversations with youth.
Since 1989, Kids Help Phone (KHP) has been Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering young people a free, multilingual and confidential space to get help and #FeelOutLoud.
On average, 75% of young people contacting KHP share something they’ve never told anyone before.
With your support, KHP can answer when young people ask, “Can you help me feel better?” Help now. Donate at KidsHelpPhone.ca.
